@anneelizabethus Weston Fundner was 15. He played sports. He loved to cook. He was funny, kind, and full of life.
He took one pill.
He thought it was something safe.
It was fentanyl.
He never woke up.
His mom, Anne, said:
“We had those conversations. We did everything right. And fentanyl still took my son.”
This isn’t rare. It’s happening every day. In every state. To every kind of family.
Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death for Americans ages 18 to 45.
More than 100,000 Americans died from drug overdoses last year.
Nearly 80% involved fentanyl.
Teen fentanyl deaths have tripled since 2019. Most of them never knew what they were taking.
This episode of Unfiltered with Jen Archuleta is about the human side of it.
What it does to a marriage.
To your children.
To your faith.
To the life you thought you had.
If your kids are old enough, please watch this with them. Let this be the moment that starts the conversation.
